Hello,
My name is Shirley and Dr. Frantzides is my surgeon. He is a great surgeon
and my surgery was on March 4, 2002 and I have already lost 70 pounds. You
can read my profile under Shirley M. or you can go to find a Doc at the top
of the page and click on find a surgeon, then click on Illinois, then click
on Dr. Frantzides and look at some of the reviews and comments that his
patients have written for him. I can tell you that you are in great hands
if you choose Dr. Frantzides as your surgeon because he has all of the up
to date state of the art surgical equipment and he has a great track
record. His staff is great also! His consultation is extremely
informative.
At your very first consultation he sets a surgery date for 6 to 8 weeks
after your first meeting with him.
He has a website that you can look at his fact sheet located at:
WWW.Bariatricexperts.com and he does a wonderful job on each and every
patient. He has perfected the Laporoscopic procedure and he is one of the
best surgeons in the Illinois region. He is the best lap/RNY doctor in the
state and Rush-St. Lukes Presbytarian hospital (where his office is
located) is one of the best hospitals in the country.
As for Dr. Madura he is also a great doctor. I know some of his patients
and he also does obesity surgery free for people who cannot afford it or if
their insurance deny them this operation, he also performs WLS at Cook
County hospital and this hospital is also located right across the street
from Rush-St. Lukes Presb.
Both doctors are highly skilled, however, Dr. Constantine Franzides has
more surgical experience than all of the Chicago surgeons and this includes
Dr. Alverdy and Dr. Vitello. Dr. Frantzides is the best Laporoscopic
surgeon in the state of Illinois. He wrote a book about Lap/surgery and he
is the director of the Bariatric Program at Rush-St. Lukes and the director
of the minimally invasive surgery Dept. He is well known and he performed
thousands and thousands of surgeries as well as taught other doctors at St.
Lukes Medical Center. You don't have to do any paperwork for the insurance
company his staff does the foot work for you. I am grateful and I thank
god every day because without this surgery I would not have had another
chance to live my life to the fullest and I am a much happier person. I
did a lot of research on WLS and I am glad that I found Dr. Frantzides to
perform my surgery!
If you have any more questions, just email me at [email protected]
Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK!!! SHIRLEY
