I get the hi-pro thing, but I am a bit fuzzy on what to look for in terms of carb...

Our limit was 6g of SUGAR (not carbs) per MEAL. And it got me to goal wt. You could pick any single digit number and make it YOUR number and do fine with it. Adding water does not take sugar OUT, so if 8 oz = 49g, you could safely do 1 oz if you set your personal limit at 7g, for example. I just gave up on real fruit juices. Sigh. None were low enough to not threaten my wt loss.
