Anyone with Federal BC/BS had a revision?

Victoria, I have BC/BS federal. I had a revision to a transected pouch back in Oct. They have paid for the doctor's fee and the anesthesia. I have secondary insurance too and they have paid too. BC/BS made my doctor prove it was a medical necessity in order to approve it. Good luck!
