Question:
Does anyone else worry that it's busted out insideor that it's not working?

I read you profile, your doing great! Sometimes I can eat lots more than others. Varies with the type of food and stress, chewing better makes a difference too. Relax and enjoy the loss. Incidently insurance WILL pay for TT and such if its medically necessary. Rashes or back pain from a hanging apron are examples of medical reasons that get plastic surgery paid for. See your PCP to get the problems documented.
