Sublingual - as I understand it - means under your tongue....I take a B12
every Sunday. (I get mine from GNC.) They are smaller than an M&M and
taste kind of orange-ish. I just pop it under my tongue while I'm making
the bed and it dissolves in no time. Best of luck to you.

Sublingual is under the tongue. Dissolve it under the tongue. Do not
swallow or chew it up. I take a sublingual B-12 every morning.

I take a sublinqual B-12 once a week. It dissolves under the tongue very
quickly. I got it at GNC...cherry flavored.
