Question:
Can anyone tell me if Dr. Fallang transects all his patients?

I know in the information booklet he has drawn a diagram and in it the old stomach is clearly seperated from the new stomach, but I want to hear it from some of his patients before I waste my time going to his information session.    — [Anonymous] (posted on November 28, 2001)

Yes!!!!! Dr. Fallang transects. He staples and oversews the edges. I had my surgery last January. At that time, he encouraged the open surgery. He does do this procedure lap, but prefers open. He's a great and competent surgeon. You will not be disappointed. 1/8/01 263 weight today 128 size 6-8!! Shelley
