Question:
Next week I go to a pre-op class from 9-2. What should I expect?

Are they going to tell me what "food" to get for after the surgery when I get home. I have been seeing alot on here about a drink you have to drink everyday after surgery. What is it? Where do you get? HELP?? :)    — Stacey W. (posted on October 16, 2001)

You must be refering to protein suppliments. Not every surgeon wants you to drink them. Mine doesn't, but I'm going to start doing it anyway because I'm having a hard time getting in all my protein. Then of course there is water. You must drink at least 64oz. daily. You can get the protein drinks anywhere really. Walmart has some, GNC has them, some grocery stores have them, then you can also get a big variety from Vitalady.com Good luck!
