Sandra, I have BCBS through Ameritech, not Bellsouth, but I had approval in 3 weeks. Mine is a PPO insurance, so I am not sure if it is the same as yours. If you have any specific questions, feel free to e-mail me!

Sandra, I have Empire BCBS PPO. I have not been approved yet, but a woman who works with me got approved. So it CAN be done. It took her about 8 weeks to get approval. And guess what, I live in Carrollton too! E-mail me at [email protected] if you want to.
