Question:
hi I am having a hard time with trying to keep my calories down

Drink, drink, drink. I have to have a steady flow of a variety of non/low
calorie beverages at night or I blow it snacking.

Melody, you sound like me. I like to graze at night. Try occupying your
hands, like with knitting, or what I do-large crossword puzzles! When I do
snack, I choose popcorn, and eat it kernel by kernel and very slowly, so it
seems to last a long time. Hot tea somehow helps too.

Raw vegetables with low fat or nonfat dip/dressing are really good. Hardly
calories in raw vegies and they are packed with nutrients.
