I have kaiser insurance, Has anyone out there had surgery and self payed it? I asked

for it and then kaiser wouldnt do any follow up care. I was told if I had surgery outside of kasier that kaiser wouldnt follow me up. so If kaiser says no your out of luck. ? or has anyone asked kaiser what they would charge if your willing to pay for it. ??    — [Anonymous] (posted on August 1, 2001)
