Hi there - I live in Wisconsin, but was not selfpay. I had my surgery done by Dr. Marvin Kuehner at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield. I'm sure if you call his office they can provide you with current pricing info. Their number is 1-800-782-8581. I had my surgery October of 2000, and I believe the total was somewhere between 16-18,000.
