Question:
Umbilical Hernia. I was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia

I am about 5 months post op and was just diagnosed with an umbilical hernia. I have seen my PCP, but not my surgeon yet. I am quite anxious to see what he might do. When I called his office they said, "Oh good, this may be your opportunity for a tummy tuck!" hehehe...this question came up in my preop support meeting!!! and the answer was the same....also we were told that hernia repair is fairly simple.....
