If you have a surgeon already check with them. I know my surgeon has a
dietitian on staff with him. If I am not mistaken the dietitian in my
surgeons office in included in the program fee. I have seen her several
times and have not had to pay a dime. Check with your surgeon office in
regard to that.

I went to a Cigna office and saw their dietician. Although I do not have
cigna, they just charged me $36 to see the dietician, and mine was awesome.
Otherwise look at http://www.eatright.org/Public/index_7770.cfm and on the
bottom left side you can enter your zip code and locate a registered
dietician in your area.

I would call Pacific Care insurance company and ask them. Dietician
services are provided free for life for patients of my surgeon's office by
the St. Vincent's Bariatric Center of Excellence.
