There is a support group that meets monthly, and moves every month to a different location between Va. Beach and Chesapeake that is sponsored by Sentara Health and led by Chantaye Johnson ( [email protected] )The next meeting will be on Nov. 4th, Tuesday evening, at the Greenbriar Public Library in Chesapeake at 1214 Volvo Parkway, and starts at 7 pm. I have been to a couple of meetings at Va. Beach's Central and Kempsville Libraries and the folks are real nice. There are quite a few folks pre and post op, and Chantaye does a good job of leading the group, and they bring in guest speakers on different subjects.
