Question:
Where do I actually find a weight loss planner?

I was wondering if I am on schedule. Does anyone know where I could find a weight loss planner. My surgeon never gave this to me. Thanks    — KellyL (posted on July 31, 2003)

Look up on the top left hand side of the screen. You will see a link called "Gallery". Click on the link and look in the collums on the left hand side. You will see the link for Weight Loss Planner. Have fun!

I found a really nifty Journal at Barnes and Noble that I am using. It was only $15.00 and I carry it with me everywhere :-) good luck!!
