Question:
Anyone have Winn dixie insurance that has paid for this surgery??

Or has anyone with a exclusion in their policy for weight control appeal and win?? If so I would like any info you can give to me please to help me with my fight with my insurance co. I have an exclusion for weight control in my policy, but since this surgery is not a weight control program, I am thinking that they will have to pay. thanks    — Dina L.
