Has anyone with Winn Dixie Insurance ever got approval for WLS?

Has ANYONE with Winn dixie insurance EVER fought these people and WON for the gastric bypass??? I am fighting them now, and need any input. (They do exclude "weight control" in the policy.    — Dina L. (posted on November 24, 2001)
