Question:
Has anyone had insurance approval through Cigna PPO w/Dr. Rabkin?

I have my first appointment with Dr. Rabkin on 11/9/99 and have CIGNA PPO. I just want to make sure his procedure DGB w/DS has been approved by them in the past. I heard that they do approve sometimes if someone has a BMI over 50, I'm at 48. Do you think I'll have any problems?    — Christina D. (posted on September 24, 1999)

I have cigna (ppo) although I don't have your doctor, the insurance didn't even ask my bmi. it was approved over the phone without a problem. I was told they are one of the easest to get approved by.
