Lorraine, forgive me but you don't have much at all in your profile so it is difficult to give advice. We can't tell what your eating habits are like, your water intake, or your protein intake. I too have a difficult time finding time to "exercise" since we are very active in church and a lot of other things but I can ALWAYS find time to walk. It may be for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the afternoon but it is moving. Maybe not as good as a solid hour at the gym but I am at 1 pound from goal and I'm sure the walking helped me get there. Do you have a regular prayer time? Maybe you could try changing to a "prayer walk" and get moving that way. I do that a lot. Also, I'd suggest that you keep track of your food intake for a few days and be sure that you are eating the right things, just long enough to be sure you're working your plan correctly. With that all said, it is probably not unusual for some people to stop losing for awhile after they've had a major loss. I couldn't tell when your surgery was so don't know how quickly you lost that much but 90 pounds is a LOT for a body to adjust too. Congrats on that, do a bit of self-checking, and if you're doing the right things, the loss will start again. If you've slipped away from the basics, get back to that and you'll probably be surprised at how quickly you see a difference.

HELLO, MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS TO GET INVOLVED WITH A CHURCH MINISTRY THAT IS PHYSICALLY ACTIVE. GOD BLESS YOU, LORIANN http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ChristianWLSJourney

You know the answer. God helps those who help themselves. Go exercise. It is simple fact that you cannot lose all your weight without exercising.

This surgery is a DIET TOOL. You need to have good eating and exercise habits in order to lose. You have a 9 month to year to lose the bulk of your weight. Important to remember: The smaller you get the harder you need to exercise. There is no way to get around it! Start Moving and write down what you are eating. Maybe your taking in more cal. then you think.
