Get thee to your surgeon's office for a checkup. Several things can account for blurry vision. One could be low blood pressure, especially if you get up and get dizzy and things get blurry for a few minutes. Another could be low blood sugar. Probably nothing serious to worry about, but you do need to get checked out.

Let me start by saying "Always see your surgeon with health concerns." I do know of a couple ladies who have had to get glasses after surgery. Somehow the rapid weightloss affected their sight. Hope all works out for you. Go make that appointment with your Dr. Becky

since your profile is unavailable I don't know squat about your med history...but if you are diabetic this can cause it. You really should talk to your doctor (personally, I'd call my PCP and not my surgeon about this).

I have, Christina, and at this point, it doesn't look like I can do anything about it for now. I used to be diabetic, but after my surgery, my doctor took me off of all diabetic medicines. My blood sugars were monitored for about 3 days, then he made me one happy soul!!Since then, I've monitored my blood sugars tenaciously, and they are always fine. Never too low and don't go over 95. As a matter-of-fact, I don't even have any of the symptoms I used to have. Nort having trouble with too much of anything...other than the fear of possibly gaining the weight back, and I'm seeing a therapist for that. I plan on getting some time off because I feel maybe I need some "mental health days off", going though a great deal of stress right now. If you are having blurred vision, and can't seem to pinpoint what the cause may be, I would suggest seeing an opthalmologist. Why can't we see your profile, we're unable to know anything about you? Was there a certain reason you chose to keep it "unavailable"? I was just curious~please don't be offended by my question.
