Thanks Lisa! I went to the site and there ARE alot of recipes. I have a
question though. Are we supposed to cut down on carbs or sugars mainly?
Or is it one in the same because there's sugars in carbs? I'm feeling like
a total idiot. :)

In response to Kim's question below: sugar IS a carb. Everything we eat can
be broken down into Protein, Carbs or Fat (and Vitamins/Minerals). All
sugars are classified as carbs, it would be best to try to cut back on
both.

This website is great!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been searching for recipes and
stuff for after surgery. Some of theses sound very YUMMY!!!! Thanks for
sharing this great website!!!!

Just wanted to report that after looking through some of these
recipes....my boyfrined decided to try one, He tried the cream cheese
roll-up. He said it was very good, so I had to try a bite, and this is
something I CAN eat after surgery and WOULD eat....good protein and you can
use low fat cream cheese....very good!!!!!!!! Again thanks for sharing
this website.....it is fullof great ideas!!!!!!!!!!
