Im single and I cant wait! Although Im a cutie now! I know that when I have dropped weight in the past, there seems to be a bit more attention! There's nothing wrong with positive attention! Hi Cynthia: What a wonderful thought, so beautifully expressed by you! I was thin when I was married 26 years ago, so I did not marry the first person who asked me because I was overweight. In fact, this was my second marriage at age 22. However, since losing weight after lap rny in August 2002, I look and feel so much better, that others respond to me much more positively. I can't hear "looking good, Jen" enough these days! I love getting messages like this in my intraoffice cue-- Miss Skinny Minnie! New clothes? You look great! :-) Denise -- I love the fact that my Brand NEW 20s are now TOO BIG!!!!!!!!!!!! despite the fact that this is the first time I've worn them. I love feeling my collar bone, my hips, my elbows! I also enjoy getting the attention. I hear "Hey Skinny !" alot, and " Hey you will be in a bikini by the summer, and I'll be jealous." I had surgery on 12/4/02 and have lost 64 pounds to date. I just want to keep on losing til I get to where I feel great, wherever that may be.

I have gotten a few really complimentary comments by complete strangers, or really nice 'looks', I've even been hit on in the drugstore! I ran right home and told my honey!! I was so excited, he laughed himself silly becuase I was so happy! Sounds odd, but he understands that its nice for people around me to comment or look, but when a complete stranger finds me attractive, he is happy I'm so happy. I just make sure all my happiness "rubs off all over him!!!" LOL
