It is a card you get from your surgeons office. It is excepted most places.
The restraunts will let you order off the childs or senior menu.

I really wouldnt worry about getting a card. Sometimes restaurants will
let you order from the childs menu due to limited eating capacity but many
wont as well. For the most part though, those menus are full of greasy
fried foods anyways which our bodies doesnt take too kindly too post op.
The best bet is to order from the regular menu and take home leftovers. Or
since you will only be eating a tiny bit, why not share a dinner with a
family member, order a healthy appetizer like shrimp cocktail or have some
soup.

I got one of those little cards asking to eat a smaller portion..at first.
But then I got tired of waiters knowing my personal business, and liked
leftovers. I would ask your surgeon or support group, they might have ones
that you could have right now. Good Luck!
