Question:
I need to find a surgeon in Tyler, TX

Hi all! I rcvd my approval from BCBS this week and called my surgeron in Nacogdoches for a consult appt. I has advised he no longer performs the lap RNY! He has began the lap ajustable band (dr's nurse said fewer problems). I was not happy. I know the band is a newer procedure in the US and looking at the Q&A page, I see there is a greater chance of gaining some of your weight back also, you do not have the loss in the 1st year you have with the RNY. So, I'm looking for a surgeon in Tyler, TX. (Nacogdoches has one surgeon doing the RNY & it's open. I can not do that.) Can anyone in this area give advise??? Thank you for your help.
