Question:
Where can I print a card for restraunts? I have tried using the address but no luck

Mary, I'd like to know the answer to this question as well so that when I have my surgery I'll already be prepared.

I eat out with my friends that have had RNY with the card and I get jealous they get to get reduced prices, or kids meal, even at buffets they pay kids prices it is so amazing. I think it depends where you live and where you eat. I am in NY and have a laminated card from my doctor. However, I have been turned down in the 3 out of 4 places I tried to use it.......they said "we don't do that, but we will give you a doggie bag".......

My Dr. gave me a card but I have never used it. I order a appetizer if I don't want leftovers. As far as the buffet places which are nice to eat at because you can get more variety even if it's small portions. I don't ask because I wouldn't want them to do the opposite and start charging the obese customer more because they are likely to eat a larger portion of food.
