I have a job where I can work from home on a lap top. Would it be safe to say

If your surgery goes like mine did, you'll be ready to work by about day three or four. (Of course, you needn't tell your office that. ;-) )

I work from home and I was back at my computer 7 days after my open rny. (Of course I took a nap during some days). Hope this helps.
