Question:
Is there any reason we can't use the water products that are enhanced?

I found a water (not flavored or carbonated) by Reebok that is enhanced with vitamins and minerals....like 25% of b-12 for every bottle. With the amount of water we are to drink, wouldn't it be ok to drink things like this to ensure our vitamin intake is ok too or are our tummies too sensitive for it? I am pre-op, but if it works, I am going to start stocking up for the future....it isn't expensive either...not tap water, but not like IMPORTED either!!!    — Linda D. (posted on February 8, 2002)

I'll be glad to hear some answers on this because I drink this all the time. I really like the lemon, berry and orange.

I personally think this is a gimmick for this company to be able to charge more for their name and product but I don't think that medically it would be harmful, just wouldn't count on it as adding alot in the weigh of supplement benefit but the fluid itself is of course beneficial. If it taste good to you than that is one way to ensure better compliance w/getting your fluids in.

I'm 8 1/2 months out and I buy this water, I did sopretty early on if I remember right. Didn't bother me at all. I don't see any reason why it would hurt you, and it's hard to say whether we would absorb the extra vitamins or not. I say if you like it go for it. I buy one every now and then and reuse the bottle for my water, I like the shape of it.
