Question:
Can anyone email me with a testimonial on Dr David Greenbaum?
I am very stongly considering Dr Greenbaum for a surgeon, and I really want to hear the good and the bad! Please respond with any comments that you may have....ANY comments at all will help me! I have spent countless hours on this site, I think when I turn on my computer it just opens to this page - lol! I feel as though I know each and everyone of you who has posted a testimonial. It takes a lot of courage to post your name, photo and story on a site that anyone can see! Best of Luck to you all~ — [Anonymous] (posted on January 17, 2001)

Since you didn't leave a way to e-mail you, I'll just
answer directly. Dr Greenbaum performed my surgery Aug 12,
2000. I live about halfway between him and Dr Brolin in
New Brunswick (I live in Plainsboro). My first impresssion
of Dr Greenbaum was less than enthusiastic. My initial
consult was with 3 other people (which is fine), but at the
end of that session, I had about 25 questions I wanted to
ask. He gave me the impression he would rather not spend
the time then to answer them. However, on every meeting
with him since, I can't say enough positive things. My
surgery went well, and when I had a "complication" 2 weeks
later, he was more concerned for my well being than I was.
He is very compassionate and skilled, and he treats you as
an equal partner in this journey. His "support group"
meetings are jam-packed with post-ops, pre-ops, and other
folks just looking for information. You can find more
testimonials about Dr Greenbaum on this "Find a Doc" portion
of this site. Good Luck to you. Feel free to e-mail me
with specific questions. I warn you, however, that I will
wholeheartedly recommend Dr Greenbaum to you without
reservation. Kevin
