Question:
Just another silly question about fat cells...
How does the fat exit you body? Is it from urinating and BM's and maybe sweating? Seems like alot of fat exiting your body in a very small fashion LOL :) Thanks for any answers. Vicki — Vicki V. (posted on December 7, 2000)

Fat is "burned" to fuel your body, like wood in a fire. The
by-products which are left over, like wood ashes, are much smaller in
volume that the original fat. These are excreted in urine, stool, and
sweat, but you'll probably not notice much difference in any of those --
just in your pudgy places!

Exactly. You break it loose, then you WASH it away with all that water
you're drinking. Give it a vehicle to ride out on! In the meantime, you are
putting your no-sugar protein supplement IN, which gives permission for the
fat to leave, and protein goes to the muscle, which you DO want. Water
washes out fat, protein gives it permission to leave.
