I just recently had my WLS surgery on 02/02/02 in Seattle and am currently
receiving statments as to the cost of the surgery. My surgeon charged
$4,750.00 for doing the surgery,the anesthesiologist charged $1,508.00. I
have yet to receive the statement with the charges for the OR and the
hospital stay. I was in surgery about 2.5 hrs and in the hopital for for 4
days post-op. I hope that this helps you. You may want to check with your
surgeon on his actual charges as well as the hospital because costs vary
from region to region.

cost caculator on it. Maybe this will help you get the answers to some of
these surgeries & health care items. Lori
