Question:
I'm 19 months post op and now 14 weeks pregnant. Showing Already!!

Preop, waaaay preop, before I was even MO, I showed with my first child at 13 weeks. I was only 18 and didn't have weakened muscles that I know of :). My 2nd one and 3rd children (still preop) I was around 210-215 lbs when I got pregnant with each, and still showed at 13-14 weeks. I think its an individual thing. I am nearly 19 months post op as well and am going to be 2 months preggers on September 3rd. I have a lot of excess skin so I am wondering IF I will show by 14 weeks. I am looking very forward to showing! I am not sure if our weak abdominal muscles have anything to do with this.

Hey Wendy...I really think it is an individual thing...I'm 23 mos post-op and am 24 mos preggers...I literally just started to show and am still in my own jeans(older & larger but NOT maturnity!!!). Another gal in my group started showing quite a bit sooner. Congrats and best baby wishes!!!! Deanna K 444/211/19?

My brothers wife isn't overweight but with her past three babies she showed very early. I remember one of them she was only 2 or 3 months and looked like she was 6 months. I know another woman who you couldn't tell she was pregnant even a couple of weeks before the birth. It all just depends on the person I think.
