Question:
Can anyone help me get back on track I need some advice?
I don't know what is wrong with me I'm 9 weeks post op and for the last week and a half I vomit at least 2 of my meals daily. I was sick last week with a bad cold and I don't know if that is the reason why I'm vomiting so frequently. I'm so dizzy some times that when I close my eyes everything spins. Help.........I'm so frustrated with my self because I'm not doing the things that I should be doing ,I'm probably getting in about 15 oz of water not a whole lot I know that and I have not been very good taking my vitamins, is this why I fell so sick? I'm scared and I need some support........ Thanks you all — Maribelle C. (posted on December 16, 2003)

you must really be frightened and being dizzy feels so bad.... i think you
need to call your doctor too and starting now sip water as much as possible
and dont mess around with your vitamins..it sounds like dehydration and it
is easy to fix but dont go another day! lack of protein is probably making
you nauseous.........CALL THAT DOC and feel better soon. lots of love,

You had major surgery and rearranged your digestive system... you have to
take this seriously and drinking water is a huge part of staying alive and
well after this procedure. You MUST drink water... 8 cups a day, especially
now that you are over 2 months post op, shouldnt be a problem, but you have
to take responsibility and do it. Just like the vitamins! We cannot eat
enough food to sustain life... so we need additional nutrients. TAKE YOUR
VITAMINS! You also need to supplement your diet with PROTEIN... I bet you
arent doing that either, are you? Dont get scared... just start over right
now and do what you are supposed to do to stay healthy. Elite protein
shakes are delicious and relatively inexpensive. Buy 24 ounce bottles of
water and set three of them on the top shelf of your fridge... so you know
where you are each day. Dont go to bed unless they are empty! Write down
when you need to take your vitamin supplements and stick to it. This isnt
just about losing weight, it is about being healthy! You will be fine, you
just scared yourself. DRINK SOME WATER RIGHT NOW BELLA. ciao, susan maria
