Question:
Where can I find the back on track plan some post ops are doing?
I have read several comments on a program some are following called Back on Track in September. Can anyone tell me where to find the details of this plan — Michele L. (posted on September 4, 2003)

The only "back on track" plans I am aware of, that are referred
to on the website, are references to going back to the basics of the main
RNY program. Drink plenty of water, eat the proper amounts of protein and
stay clear of carbs and sugar. Some people also refer to this as the
"Protein Train". Sometimes when your weight loss seems
"stuck" it gives it a kick start.

Over at the OSSG-Graduates, they have a back on track plan where they go
back to all protein for 3 days straight to detox from carbs. Could that be
it?

The plan is to eat all the protein required by your plan with NO CARBS
except fruit (twice), exercise four times a week, lots of water, and asking
for support when you need it.
