Question:
Has anyone used a bowflex machine to assist in reducing saggy skin?

Contrary to what you may hear or think, there is no data that exercise will
help at ALL with sagging skin. Sagging skin is caused by damage to the
elastic "bands" in your skin and once they are stretched out or
torn, no amount of exercise will assist them. They don't regenerate :>(
However exercise is great for your heart and muscles and even in keeping
your skin (largest organ) healthy - so go for it!

As Ruth said, once the elasticity is gone from your skin, it's gone. I am
at the gym 3x a week using the citcuit machines that work the body as the
bowflex does. I've got muscles and I an as toned as I am going to get as
long as I maintain the exercise, but, my skin has not "shrunk"
so you can not always see the fruits of my effort.
