Exactly what do I need the dietition to write about to my insurance company?

check with your insurance company to find out exactly what info they require of the nutritionist. they might even have a form letter or checklist to have her fill out. my surgeon wants the nutritionist to certify that i can read and understand food labels. but every doctor, and every insurance plan, is different.
