just a little helpful hint
Haven't had surgery yet but thought I would pass this on especially for women with PCOS. I got info that 1 tsp a day of cinnamon is helpful in regulating blood sugar. So I bought carb solutions powder. (vanilla flavored) Mix with water or skim milk, ice and cinnamon. It not only tastes like cake batter to me but I have started a period on my own with no significant weight change or medicinal help. God bless you all. Danette — Danette H.
