Question:
Is Alba sugar-free?

I think it's "no sugar added," but it came highly recommended by my surgeon and it got me through those first few horrible weeks without any problems! :)

My surgeon also recomended Alba, I am only 4 days out and thus still on clear liuquids. My surgeon said anything in the diabetic section should be ok. I found Alba in the diabetic section and bought some to try on week 2 per surgeon's orders.
