Question:
Miracle 2000
Does anyone here use Miracle 2000 as their post-op multi-vitamin. My surgery is soon and my dr. told me to get my vitamins. I went to two health food stores and GNC and they all tell me Miracle 2000 is the best. Can anyone tell me if they use it--if they like it; or anything they don't like about it? And, if you use it, do you also take an extra iron and Vitamin C supplements?? Any imput would be greatly appreciated! — [Anonymous] (posted on August 19, 2001)

My doctor told me to take Flintstones Complete chewables. One tablet twice
a day.

My doc told me to take Flintstones Complete (chewable) also-- 2 per day. I
would get Flinstones -- we can chew them and I think it gets into the
system ... the others my just sit for a while and may not dissolve. PLUS,
you may not be able to swallow a large pill for several months post-op.

I use Miracle 2000 from GNC. It comes in cherry flavor and it's so nasty
tasting it should be illegal..... BUT.... it seems to be a good vitamin.
It is supposed to be absorbed well by the body. It is $32.95 for a bottle
of it, and a bottle lasts one month. I probably will continue to use it.
