Question:
How do i get this overridden?

ok,i did recieve a approval letter,but they are still saying it will not be covered because of the exclusion.my husband talked to the corporate office today.they said that they would have to find out what were the risks if i didn't have the surgery.i mean how stupid can they be?    — Debra C.
