Eating sweets and junk food

No problem , don't even miss it.I think it has something to do with getting
the white sugar and white flour out of our bodies. As well as the vitamins
and proteins ,going into our bodies that stops the cravings.

I LOVED sweets prior to surgery and now have no problems with it. Any
significant amount of sugar (more than 12g) makes me feel nauseous and
tired. I HATE being nauseous and the sweets taste too sweet now.

I LOVED sweets and pastries, now I can barely stand to chew up my
Flintstone vitamines. ANd the Tums that I have to chew for calcium are WAY
too sweet. I am however craving olives!!! Go figure.
