Need help with interpreting Approval Letter

written in my approval letter was a begining date : 2-27-01 and a ending date 3-3-01. this is showing when this is good for, I will definately be having surgery later than 2-27. Is this just a formallity that I will have to contact my ins. co. about?    — Bonnie S. (posted on February 22, 2001)

Yes, contact your ins co. That letter indicates that your approval ends 3/3. It may only be approval to see the surgeon or other Dr. Good luck
