Question:
How do I get the ball moving?

I'm very interested in having this procedure performed, but where do I begin? Do I just go to the doctor and ask about it, or do I have to go to a bariatric physician? Also, I will probably be paying out of my own pocket since I am not insured at the moment. I live in Hot Springs, AR, and if there's anyone who knows of any doctors here that would be very helpful.
