Many people have, myself included; however, each policy is different and you will have to look at your exclusion page to know for sure.

I was approved in a matter of 2 days with a phone call and nothing more...they only wanted my weight and height..this after fighting Cigna for 18 months....they are awesome!!!

I have UHC and was approved in less than two weeks. All I needed was a BMI over 40. Some policies have an exclusion, so you may need to check with them.
