Does anyone know if Lap Band sugery has ever been covered by Companion HealthCare HMO

You should ask your question on the lap band forum page, you are more likely able to find an answer. I occasionally check out this page as mostly RNY folks use this page and I have the band. So post your question over there and see if you get a nibble.
