Can someone suggest a good tasting protein drink and a vitamin?

the prdrink I like is called Nectar ( drink the fuzzy navel flavor) but
they have different kinds and you can get samples on www.wlssuccess.com
they also have Isotonic vitamins that go in to water to make a liquid
vitamin. they also have samples of that. Try it and let me know what you
think.

I drink Carnation Instant Breakfast No Sugar Added. This is not real thick
or frothy. I really like it. It really helps getting in protein and stops
the sweet cravings.
Good Luck!!

Chocolate & unflavored Unjury protein mix. I mix the chocolate with
skim milk and the unflavored with orange juice. Put the drink in the
freezer for about an hour - it's great! Vista Vitamins are packaged to
take twice a day. I am auto ship - it's a no brainer.

I have been unable to tolerate MANY protein drinks - even the nectars that
everybody raves about - until recently. I have finally found one that I
can drink - it's called Whey Fruity. It's available in Fruit Punch (I
think that's what it's called) and lemonade. I purchased it at
www.bariatriceating.com. Unfortunately, they don't provide samples of it,
so I had to buy the full 2 pound jug. I guess it's a good thing that I
liked it.
As far as vitamins are concerned, I'm still working on that. I find it to
be very confusing as to how much to take, and when to take it, and what not
to mix with other stuff, etc., etc.

GNC's 100% Whey Protein, I love the vanilla and chocolate. As for vitamins,
nothing beats 2 Flintstones.

You'll probably get a different recommendation from each person! I like Pro
Score 100 in chocolate and the Fruit Punch by Whey Fruity.

As far as a vitamin, I use Centrum Adult chewables, separate iron
(carbonyl) and calcium citrate with a chewable Vit. D and the sublingual
B-12 dots (3 times a week).

Can't say on the protein drinks... are there any that taste good???????
uck. Tried, tasted awful never used again. Rather eat tuna. But as far as
vitamins are concerned i think Ive tried everything!!!! ok... hated
chewables... The tinest 'pill' form is "one a day essentials' BUT
right now Im doing a 'spray vitamin' that doesnt taste to bad. I
personally like the vitaballs (just dont shallow the gum). Bariatric
Advantage has a GREAT chewable IRON.... I do B12 shots; but the B12 from
Baratric advantage is ok... I do Viactives for my calcium and I personally
like to drink which I would do instead of the protein drinks.. is drink the
Carbo solutions from Walmart ... 12 grams of protein and 35% CALCium :)
best to find what 'works' for you... taking them is 1/2 the battle.

They're DELISH... I actually CRAVE them (2 chocoloate flavors and vanilla).

I really like Isopure, chocolate or strawberry flavors. I mix 1 scoop (25
g protein) with 3 Splenda packets and 12oz of ice water. You can do it in
a shaker but I use my blender. I am 2+ years post op and have been
drinking an Isopure shake every morning for most of that time. You can but
it at GNC but it is cheaper to order it online. Good luck, Diane

Everyone's tastes are different. I found that Carb Solutions vanilla works
best for me. The ready to drink kind not the powder and I always add lots
of ice and some sort of fruit to the shake (bananas, strawberries,
peaches...etc) Yum...well maybe not yummy but at least drinkable. Good
luck!

If you ever find a good tasting protein drink, let me know, cuz I sure cant
find one. As far as vitamins though, Optisource from Walgreens online are
awesome. They are chewable and have been specially made for WLS patients
including proper amounts of B12, calcium and iron. They have been
forulated to ensure that all you have to take is this one vitamin. I have
been taking them and my vitamin levels are great. And, they taste like
orange baby asprin. Yummy!

the best protein drink i have found is the one made by GNC.It's called
PROTEIN 95. if you don't like GNC will take it back with your receipt. It
is also cheaper than most of the others.

For protein drink i use something called amplify that i have my GNC order
for me. You can order it on-line at www.ndsnutrition.com I love cookies and
cream as well as the chocolate. For some reason i don't like the vanilla no
matter what i do to it. I can't enough about this product; i actually look
forward to drinking it a couple times a day!
For a vitamin, i still take a chewable bugs bunny sugar-free every day. I
have a real hard time with vitamins and this one doesn't give me any
problems. You'll still need to follow it up with a calcium tablet, but
overall it's a pretty good one.
Good luck!
