I am almost 8 months post-op and almost 8 weeks pregnant. Email me anytime
to chat. I don't really know what kind of answer you're looking for, but
there's not a lot out there for us. I'll try to help in any way I can!
Here is the Yahoo group a lot of people have steered me toward, but its
kinda hard to keep track of everyone.

My daughter became pregnant two years after her lap RNY and a 220 lb.
weight loss. Her OB/GYN consulted with our bariatric surgeon who advised
doubling the prenatal vitamins daily and monitor labs (CBC, metabolic
panel, serum B12 and serum iron) every two months during the pregnancy. He
stated that he had many "post-op pregnancies" in his practice and
that all had had uneventful courses. Her pregnancy was full-term, without
any complications and her labs were actually better during the course of
the pregnancy than before! She did end up having a C-Section, but it was
related to pelvis size, not WLS. The baby was 8 lb., 2 oz. and completely
healthy and beautiful. I don't know what effect the pregnancy will have on
your tummy tuck...my daughter is still waiting for hers :-) Best wishes!

Hi! I am pregnant as well. I am 23 weeks pregnant now. So far everything
is going well. But, I really haven't gained any pregnancy weight until
now. I just stayed the same weight. They say that I am unusual because of
the pregnancy. Not many people get pregnant after the procedure.
