Stopping weight loss while still staying on track

What I did was add a morning snack and a afternoon snack and my weight loss
stoppede and I have stayed the same for the last year and a half. Hope this
helps.

Its still a calories game and you are not taking enough daily calories to
stop the weight loss. In order to do so, you have to eat more. Period.
But what you choose to eat can still work well with the good habits that
you've established. Add protein snacks, like a shake or a protein bar, or
chese and crackers, or nuts. Add a few hundred calories a day and see
where you are in a month, if still losing, add more. You've done well and
at this early stage, if you don't make adjustments, you will continue to
lose. Keep in mind that while the surgery is doing most of the work still,
eventually a year from now, the lower the weight you are, the less calories
you get to eat to maintain. Not a problem for some, big problem for those
of us that like to eat!
