Question:
Dose this test mean that you are closer to getting a date for surgery?

Well it could or could not. There is generally a laundry list of tests that you have to have done for insurance approval. Our first dr ordered all the tests and we had them all done except for our blood work. Now that we have a new dr, she told us that the EKG, or EGD, whatever, and the Chest xray will need to be redone less than 30 days prior to surgery day. <P> Since you mentioned you just found out you have sleep apnea, you may still be at least 6 weeks away. Most doctors want you on a CPAP for at least 6 weeks to get your oxygen levels back up at night. <P> Please seriously reconsider the mini gastric bypass. I first wanted this over 3 years ago. Now after years of research, I have choosen the RnY. The MGB is dangerous. IMOHO
