Anyone have luck w/an employer exclusion w/Walter???? My employer is the one that excluded coverage on the ins. plan Word for word states: ((((Services principally for the reduction of weight to include observation or diagnostic evaluation, physical therapy, X-ray or lab test, surgery or diet control with or without medication.))))) I have appealed 2x's before and same answer...Not a covered benefit under my contract. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!! I can't afford to pay for Walter if he can't help, and I don't want to loose my job for causing such a stink. I also have tried financing for Mexico but at my age I can't get an unsecured loan because my credit history isn't long enough..even though what I have is perfect! I do know a girl that had Walter for an exclusion on her policy. He wrote a letter that "made them shake in their boots" as she puts it. He not only got them to overturn the exclusion, but the whole company threw out the exclusion. I know all companies are different. This was a state job.

Hey Alicia......You could always e-mail Lindstrom. I did, I also told him exactly what my policy said.....He then conacted me after a few days or so....to tell me that it would be a waste of money to try to fight the insurance company. He seem to be honest and helps if and when he can, with my policy, there was nothing he could do. I too could not afford to pay him $800.00 if there was nothing he could do. Contact his office and let him know what your situtation is.....I am sure he will tell you if there is anything he can do!!!!!! Good luck to you!!!
