Question:
Without seeming like I'm tooting my own horn, please offer feedback...
My story was featured in our local paper today http://www.newstrib.com/main.asp?FromHome=1&TypeID=1&ArticleID=9848&SectionID=82&SubSectionID=309 I think the reporter did a good job, with the exception of kind of goofing up the description of what dumping syndrome is all about (it's not from eating too much in general but from eating too much sugars and/or fats). — Anna L. I think it's a very nice article. It's good that you chose to share your
story! :)

Anna, I just read the story. Inspiring, and I am so happy for you. Thanks
for stressing in the article that this surgery is not the easy way out. I
think the general public needs to hear that.

I am so glad you shared your story with the public. My husband and I were
too able to share our story through a two-part special report on a local
news channel. I think that giving back to the WLS community and educating
the general public about the effects of obesity both socially, physically
and emotionally is so very important! Kudos to you! Feel free to check
out our news coverage...there is a link on each page where you can watch
the actual video clip.
The first part of our story is:

Best of luck to you and thank you for sharing your story!

Thank you all so much for your kind words and your support. It's nice to
hear from anyone, but they mean so much more from people who have been
where I have been. Danyel Hand -- Great stories on you and your husband.
I'm looking forward to following your progress, especially during this
first year! You go! - Thanks again to everyone.
